Why should I get a detail instead of just going to a car wash?

While a car wash may remove surface dirt, it doesn’t come close to the level of care and protection you get from a detail. We hand-clean every surface — inside and out — using safe techniques and professional products. Plus, detailing helps preserve your paint, protect your interior, and extend the life and value of your vehicle.

How often should I get my car detailed?

After treating your vehicle with the Executive detail, we recommend scheduling the Executive Refresh approximately every 3 months. This cycle keeps the integrity of the ceramic coating and other protections from the initial Executive detail which will allow your vehicle to stay in premium condition.

Is the Express Detail the same as a normal Car Wash?

Not at all. While a basic car wash typically focuses on quickly rinsing the exterior, our Express Detail offers a much deeper clean — both inside and out. We hand-wash the exterior using safe techniques that protect your paint, clean your wheels and tires, and thoroughly vacuum the interior. It’s faster than a full detail, but far more thorough and careful than a drive-through wash.

Will detailing remove scratches or stains?

Detailing can significantly reduce or remove many surface scratches, stains, and blemishes, but not all damage is reversible. We’ll always be honest about what can be improved and what might need more advanced repair.

What is the difference between a wax and a ceramic coating?

Wax offers short-term shine and protection (a few weeks), while ceramic coating provides a stronger, longer-lasting barrier (months or even years) against UV rays, dirt, and water.

Will I need to provide Water and Electricity?

Yes, we currently require access to a standard outdoor outlet and water spigot. However, we bring a 50-foot extension cord and a 50-foot garden hose to ensure we can reach your setup easily. We're also working toward upgrading to a fully equipped van, which will allow us to provide our own water and power in the near future.
